Description

A one-of-a-kind handmade beachcomber fairy door. The door frame is created from pieces of found driftwood.

Approximate dimensions are: 5-1/2″ high, the base is 7″ wide (door frame is 3-1/4″ at the base).

This beach-y fairy residence door has a moss green wood door and a shiny bead for a door knob. The door frame is made from two one-of-a-kind pieces of driftwood., sitting on a wonderful piece of driftwood shaped by the sea.  On the side, is a lovely seashell.

No two doors are alike. This door can stand alone in a garden, or lean up against a fence, tree trunk, planter, or wall, to invite magical beings to come dwell. We’ve heard that fairies like quiet, shady spots… so perhaps peeking out from behind a fern or shrub, would please their need for privacy, and fairy serenity.

The door does not open for mere mortals. Only fairies can open the door! If you live in a climate where winters are harsh, it’s most likely your garden fairy will choose to winter in a warm tropical locale. They would be most grateful if you protected their door from the elements, by bringing it in for the winter.

Each door is hand-crafted. Any knot holes, saw marks, imperfections in the wood, variations of stains in the natural wood, or other imperfections, are part of the door’s rustic and whimsical charm! Fairies are not perfect, you know!

Ships to Canada & the US, from the Vancouver, British Columbia area. This is the very item you will receive, and it is ready to ship in 1-2 business days.

Made from driftwood and reclaimed woods.
